Split at left hand end of top
Left hand door ‘chaffs’ when closing
Left hand drawer has damaged bottom on right hand corner
Sawing splinters on right hand end of top
Various nicks and small dents on all areas of sideboard
Internal shelf slightly rough in patches
Top is very slightly bowed

All chairs carry minor knocks, dents and scratches
The table top has slight marks & scratches
The table legs have slight imperfections
The spare leaf fits but has a large split, and one of the board ends has shrunk considerably

Mark to centre pilaster
Slightly rough finishing inside – requires sanding
Filler applied to join at top of centre pilaster
Right hand pilaster has marks at bottom

Base
Handles don’t match top (top are round, base is rectangular)
Top edge of left hand door has slight marks
Light hand pilaster has a slight knock near top, various dents further down
Right hand drawer has a small dent

Both pieces have various slight (but not serious) marks all over.
