Customer Service is at the heart of what we do at Barretts.

This is something you hear a lot from retailers, but you just have to visit the shop to see that for us nothing is more important.  You won’t have to go hunting in a football pitch sized showroom for help – our staffing levels ensure we are there when you need us.  And speaking of our staff, between them we have over 200 man-years retail experience!

We don’t operate sales commission bonusing, so no high-pressure selling in Barretts.  In fact, we’re very happy when people come in just to browse.  It’s a shop where expert advice and traditional respect and courtesy come before ‘closing the sale’.  We genuinely want to help.
