So, how have you been sleeping lately? Not as well as you used to? Are you waking up in the night or too early? When you wake up are you feeling a stiffness in your limbs or back, or that your joints ache? The most common cause of this is worn joints, or muscle tightness that is mistaken for joint pain.

To be sure that you get enough deep sleep to repair and recharge your body, a good place to start is to make sure you have the correct bed and mattress for your body type.
