DELIVERY & POSTAGE INFORMATION
We aim to despatch all items which are in stock on the next working day from order receipt.
The prices shown on our website don’t include postage and packaging, this is added at the checkout stage. Our charging policy for on-line orders is as follows:

General Delivery Information
Online delivery charges are incurred per order and not per item. We will only charge you postage once.
Orders can only be sent to one designated delivery address which can be different to your billing address.
In the event we cannot deliver your order or a part of your order we will endeavour to inform you within three working days via email. If Royal Mail or our courier attempt delivery and there is no-one available, a card will be left which will include details regarding what to do next.
Delivery is normally attempted once by Royal Mail. It is likely that the package is then sent to your nearest post office for you to collect.
