We bought carpet and other goods from Barrets over thirty years ago. The experience was very good and so when we had to replace furniture damaged in flooding caused by storm “Babet” we went straight to Barrets. We could not visit the store as my wife is disabled (although they did say we could get a wheelchair in) but the help we received over the phone and by email was very good. Perhaps the best part of the process was when the repairs to our property took along time to get started and then finished and Barretts had to store our new furniture but they were very patient with us which helped us enormously.

What can I say? Barretts of Woodbridge has done it again! I just purchased a great solution for my home office which is this wonderful blue couch which converts into a bed should I have an out of town guest. I am a very mid century modern kinda guy and Sian was able to find me my perfect couch and delivery was free! I will be back, again and again and again! Thank you all at Barretts for your exceptional service.

My mum brought 3 seat sofa and armchair from Barretts of Woodbridge. She also brought a brand new carpet to match the sofas.
From the start to finish we had a fabulous customer service from Juliana on the home department and Terry on the carpet department.
We would highly recommend Barretts of Woodbridge. They custom service is absolutely great & very personal.Carpet fitters have done a great job and delivery men are very professional and kind. 10/10

Omg … these guys go over and above to make sure everything is how you want it.
This is the third bed we’ve had from you and your guys had a bit of a struggle getting up the twisted staircase but they were very considerate of marking walls and knocking paintings etc.

The staff at Barretts are always very helpful and know their products well. We have bought from different departments over the years – beds, furniture, linens and carpets and feel lucky to have such an independent retailer in our town.
They have fitted all our carpets and the latest was a bedroom carpet which has been well-fitted.

Having just moved to Woodbridge I needed bedding to start with it and found a lovely choice. Then I needed something to sit on and bought a settee which was a sale item in the window.
Cory suggested I sat on it in the window and then gave me the measurements. I realised it would fit perfectly so back to the shop and I had it delivered the next day.

After looking at many sofas in bigger stores I eventually found exactly what I wanted in Barretts. In the post Christmas sale it was not much dearer than the production line chairs I’d seen, but the quality and service was far superior. How lovely to have queries answered within minutes; great communication; a store that actually wants to help their customer. The two men who delivered my furniture (without fuss and taking all rubbish away) were friendly and happy in their work. All in all an absolutely first rate experience. Thank you.

Brilliant service. Jack was so patient, considering we kept changing our minds. He obviously knew all about the sofas and helped us make our choice. He even arranged for us to have the display sofa delivered to our house to see how it would fit. Really good value for money in the sale. Delivery men were lovely and extremely efficient. We are delighted with both sofas. The look much nicer than I expected. Would definitely recommend Barretts for sofas and chairs.

We have just had new carpeting fitted throughout our apartment and are really pleased with the results.
We needed assistance with moving furniture and lifting/removal of the old flooring which was done with no fuss and carefully put back in place for us.
A small issue was rectified quickly and fuss-free and was followed up to ensure we were happy.
We felt this was a quality product and the customer service from start to finish excellent.

Have shopped in Barrett’s as a family for years, so when I needed a new carpet and wanted to shop somewhere local, I knew they would be helpful and get what I needed. From start to finish, I can’t recommend the team at Barrett’s enough. From help with getting a quote, their measuring service and fitting, you really get great customer service with this team.
